Whether you are building a new home or planning an extension to your existing home, we'll conduct an initial consultation free of charge, at your home or our office during or after hours for your convenience. This allows us to discuss your plans and ideas to determine the possibilities for your proposed building design.
We also advise of Council regulations relating to your site, estate covenant requirements and all other identifiable issues.
Once a mutual understanding of your personal lifestyle requirements for your Design is achieved work is begun on the preliminary plans in the design phase from your sketches and ideas, into which we incorporate our 25 years of building design experience to give you an understanding of what the finished building plans will look like.
In most cases preliminary plans include site plan, dimensioned floor plan and elevations. Once the preliminary plans have achieved your desired personal satisfaction, the drawings are then processed to working Drawing documentation. These are then submitted for building certification.
